
王世选,男,1995年12月生,江苏徐州人,中共党员,理学博士。2025年9月获东南大学物理学博士学位,2025年11月入职中国矿业大学特聘副研究员。
研究领域
半导体光电器件与物理,主要包括半导体发光研究,低维半导体插层调控研究,高速光通信片上集成光源及光电探测器件优化研发等。迄今,以第一/共一作者在 Nature Electronics、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际期刊发表数篇学术论文。
