蔡晓燕,女,1988年11月出生,云南昆明人,政治面貌群众,职称讲师。主要从事光催化材料的第一性原理计算、改性及在能源、环境的应用基础研究,以第一作者在ACS Energy Lett.、ACS Catal.、Nano Energy等刊物上发表SCI 论文11篇,授权国家发明专利1项。
