
张俊廷,教授,博士生导师,入选国家重大人才工程青年学者,获校五四青年奖章、青年学术带头人、优秀青年骨干教师、百佳教师、科研育人先进个人等荣誉称号。主要从事铁电及多铁性材料、自旋电子学、拓扑物态等领域的理论研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项;获江苏省物理学会科学技术二等奖(1/7);以第一/通讯作者在物理权威期刊PRL、Nano Letters等发表论文三十余篇。主讲研究生课程《凝聚态物理基础》、《群论》和本科生课程《固体物理》、《磁性物理学》。
