
个人简介:
何业增,1987年生,山东淄博人,中共党员,副教授,博士生导师,山东大学工学博士,美国约翰霍普金斯大学访问学者。主要从事先进金属材料及其复合材料的结构演变及性能优化、成分设计及制备合成、机器学习及模拟仿真等方面的研究工作。目前在Physical Review Letters等期刊发表相关领域SCI论文100余篇,他引3000余次,H因子=32,授权发明专利10余项,最近4年均入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单的年度科学影响力榜单。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等多项省部级研究项目和10余项企业合作项目,入选江苏省“双创计划”科技副总、中国矿业大学“启航计划”、“力行计划”等多项人才项目。获得山东省自然科学二等奖1项、全国煤协教学成果二等奖1项、山东省材料科技成果奖一等奖1项。
